FAQs for Paper, Poster, and Project Presenters
Undergraduate students from any university or degree program in Pakistan are eligible.
Final-year students who graduated within the last 12 months may also apply.
Yes. You may submit as an individual or as a group of up to 3–5 students depending on
the project. Please list all authors in the submission form.
Yes. The conference accepts submissions under multiple thematic tracks such as
Education, Health, Gender Studies, Climate Change, Social Sciences, Technology,
Business, Agriculture, Governance, and more. The complete list is available on the
conference website.
The conference accepts three categories:

The deadline for abstract submission will be announced on the website. Late submissions

Paper presenters generally receive 8–10 minutes for presentation +
2–3 minutes for Q/A.

Posters must follow the given size and layout guidelines and will be displayed during
the poster exhibition session. Presenters must be available for reviewer interaction.
Shortlisted projects will be provided tables/stands. Presenters must bring their
prototypes, laptops, or materials needed for demonstration.

All public and private universities, degree-awarding institutes, colleges affiliated
with HEC, and recognized technical institutions across Pakistan can participate.
